Prof Sharon Pfleger (OHBP steering group member, NHS Highland) will deliver a keynote for the One Health forum at the upcoming IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition in Glasgow. Prof Pfleger will highlight the One Health agenda in Scotland for the international IWA audience, demonstrating Scotland’s leadership and OHBP impact around One Health.
The One Health forum will consist of three sessions around how water interacts with health, land and food, and the environment. Water, society’s health and wellbeing are highly interconnected, and face emerging threats to water quality. This forum will Recommendations to deliver success at scale will be discussed, documented and fed back as part of the drive for action to reach the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
