MRC Project Update: Researchers Advertising for Public Focus Group in Inverness

OHBP partners from NHS Highland and the Environmental Research Institute-UHI are taking part in a UKRI funded study to understand the environmental impact of healthcare practices and sustainable ways to reduce it, with the University of Nottingham.

A public focus group will be carried our on Friday March 10th, at the Centre for Health Sciences (Inverness)

We are recruiting members of the public (consenting adults aged 18 years+) in the Inverness region for a focus group exploring public awareness of pollution in the environment from pharmaceuticals (medicines), and sustainable prescribing methods to reduce pollution.

If you are interested in being involved, please contact Dr Lydia Niemi (lydia.niemi@uhi.ac.uk).

This research is carried out by NHS Highland, the University of the Highlands and Islands, and the University of Nottingham. It is funded by the UKRI Medical Research Council and Scottish Water.
